My son is in grade one (or first grade for you Amarikins). Yesterday his new word was "burn" and he has to make up a sentence with the word in it. His sentence?
"My mom likes to burn calories."
Yikes!!! Obviously little ears hear everything.

I'm behind in my reading - just wanted to pass on best wishes for your mom - and for you - as I know this will be a very stressful time and you will have many challenges ahead. Just remember, when you want to eat out of stress..... chose a veggie or this will be you!!
