Phewsh!

Its been a while! I finally ran today thanks to the prodding from my dear friend Dino. Thanks for pushing me out the door and entertaining the 4 year old. You are the bestest!

I ran 20 minutes at easy speed. It was good to get out there. The weather is unseasonably warm and has been all week. I've been missing out!

Mom has surgery scheduled for Wednesday. Hopefully she will come through it with flying colours.
