It loosk like I did not post at all last year. Ooops.
I have gone through a lot of changes. My life is still in flux.
One of my sisters has a new interest in blogging so that reminded me of my own little blog that I started so many years ago.

I have no fixed fitness goals right now. My life is very topsy turvy on all fronts. So I am just holding on to something, like Bill Paxton and Helen Hunt when the tornado hits the barn in Twister. Or were they in a ditch? I forget. Anyways... Hi!
I recently received a new band for my Fitbit that I ordered from Amazon. I quite like it!
